- 30 – 21 days before arrival: 40% of the deposit
- 20 – 14 days before arrival: 60% of the deposit
- 13 – 7 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit
- 6 – 1 day before arrival: 90% of the deposit
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the deposit
